Ben Cejvan is a seasoned technical writer and communications strategist with deep roots in Canadian post-secondary and public sector institutions. Having recently relocated to Boston, where his wife is attending Harvard University, Ben has brought his documentation expertise to the startup world as Technical Writer and Marketing Strategist at Trinsic, a digital identity platform helping companies verify identity 10x faster. There, he's translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content to support the company's path to $10M ARR and Series A funding.

Before Boston, Ben spent years shaping how some of Canada's largest educational institutions communicate, producing governance documentation, editorial standards, style guides, and audience-facing content for the University of Ottawa, Algonquin College, and the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board. As Senior Technical Communications Strategist at uOttawa, he built enterprise-wide content frameworks and helped define how one of Canada's top universities speaks to the world.

Ben has also brought his plain-language writing skills to federal politics, crafting communications for Canadian Ministers and translating complex policy into accessible, public-facing documentation aligned with Government of Canada standards.

A firm believer in the power of clear communication, Ben has mentored emerging writers and marketers through webinars, conferences, and student programs at both the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College.

Ben arrived in Canada over 20 years ago as a Bosniak refugee, an experience that taught him firsthand that how you communicate can define your trajectory. That conviction drives everything he writes.
